Abstract
In this paper,the concept of cotwister for coalgebra is introduced,a new coalgebra structure is constructed over a coalgebra by using cotwister.For a bialgebra,the sufficient conditions for the twist algebra structure and the twist coalgebra structure to be a bialgebra are given.
