Abstract
【Objective】The study identified the molecular marker linked to Fulvia fulva resistant gene Cf6 in tomato. 【Method】 With a F2 population between a resistant and a susceptible parent (03036×03748), the linked marker was screened by BSA method and RAPD technology. 【Result】 Two specific bands were found at the 500 bp region using F2-based bulked segregant analysis plants. An RAPD marker was tightly linked to Fulvia fulva resistant gene Cf6 in tomato, with a genetic distance of 8.7 cm, The RAPD marker was converted into SCAR marker. Sequencing of the fragment indicated that the length was 619 bp and 559 bp, respectively.【Conclusion】SCAR markers could be applied to identify the resistance to Fulvia fulva, and can be used in molecular marker-assisted breeding practice.
