Abstract
For excavator hinging node design and checking,it is an imperative to determine the maximal hinge loading.Firstly,the excavator working mechanism is analyzed on connecting rods via rod grouping method.Then,the theoretical excavating force and hinge loading are calculated under diverse working conditions and carriages.Next,the maximal hinging force is obtained by analyzing and comparing calulation data.With application to Doosan DH80-7 excavators,the methodological effectiveness is finally proven.
