Abstract
The threat from an infrared missile is becoming greater and greater. However, the infrared countermeasure developed by using the advanced laser technology can effectively counter the threat from the new generation infrared imaging guidance misslie. In this paper, a method to counter infrared imaging guidance using two kinds of lasers is proposed after the operation principle of the infrared imaging guidance is analyzed. In this method, the weak laser is used to interfere the infrared imaging system and the strong laser is used to damage the components of the infrared imaging system. The calculation and experimental results show that the method can be effectively used to interfere the infrared equipment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
