Abstract
Agricultural modernization is the realization of agricultural development goals and process and low-carbon economy is the global economic development model global advocate model at present.Low carbon is actually the essential connotation of agricultural modernization and it is the necessary route to agricultural modernization to eliminate the hinder of agricultural modernization,control agricultural pollution and develop low-carbon agriculture.
