Abstract

Deng Xiaoping's agricultural development thought mainly manifests as following:strengthen agriculture as the foundation of the economy;stabilize the Party's basic rural policies;implement the strategy of“developing agri- culture by relying on science and technology”;develop the diversified economy actively as circumstances pemit.“Tow leaps”is the only way of the country development.These theories thread up the Chinese conditions.It is an imporiant constituent of the theory of building socialism with chinese characteristics.
