Abstract
Value Engineering is a study science of how to achieve the necessary functions of the products in the lowest costs,thereby to enhance the value of the products.At present,Construction enterprises are to win in the competition, the key is to cultivate the low-cost advantages.This paper applies the value engineering principles to the project cost control system,on the implementation of the project through the various stages of value engineering analysis in order to reduce construction costs purpose and examples demonstrate.
