The modernization is inevitable trend in the world,and is the fiercest and profoundest social transformation in the humanity history.In 19th century 60's,China and Japan respectively took the westernization movement and the Meiji Restoration as the starts,and thus nearly simultaneously stepped onto the modernization.Japan had grown to the capitalism modernization industry country through the reform,but China was gradually taken to the edge.China carried out the guiding ideology-the Chinese Idea is the body,the Western Idea is for uses.Japan carried out the guiding ideology-melting to the Western technology,and escaping from Asia into Europe,which had caused both countries to step onto the different developing path.
