Abstract

Objective:To extract and determine chromoco of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.Methods: To extract chromoco of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. by Microwave technique,and determinte the conteat with colorimetry.Results:The chromoco content of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. is 1.721%,recovery rate is 98.26%.Conclusion:Microwave Technique is first applied in extracting chromoco of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. The reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory.
