Comparative analysis of CD_4~+,CD_8~+ T lymphocyte count in co-infected patient with HIV/HBV/HCV

Objective To study the change of of CD4 +,CD8 +T lymphocyte count in co-infected patient with HIV/HBV/ HCV and to investigate the influence of co-infection on HIV infection process and the immune function of patient. Methods 75 peripheral blood samples with HIV co-infection were selected,CD4 +,CD8 +T lymphocyte count was tested and analysed.Results CD4 +T lymphocyte count in four groups was compared,with no statistical difference(P0.05).CD8 + T lymphocyte count and CD4 +/CD8 +ratio in four groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Peripheral blood CD8 +T lymphocyte count and CD4 +/CD8 +ratio are changed in co-infected patient,CD8 +T lymphocyte count of HIV/HBV/HCV co-infected group is highter than other three groups.
