Abstract
The application of growth pole development pattern in Shandong Peninsula blue economic region was elaborated,not only can the Shandong Peninsula become a independent growth pole in national development strategy,but Qingdao can also be a leading city with great radiometric force and driving function.In order to further promote the development of Shandong Peninsula blue economic region,two countermeasures of constructing blue economic region and whole Shandong Peninsula were put forward.
