Abstract

The economic system of our country is still in transition, and lots of the rules are not perfect, there is some shortcomings on the management of companies being listed and the internal management of listed companies. It is very urgent to establish quality evaluation sysetem of listed companies for above rsasons. This article studies the problem of listed companies in quality,and built quality evaluation system of listed companies by theory of group AHP.
