Abstract

In order to achieve the goal of rapid sustainable development for software outsourcing in our country,it is very urgent to cultivate software outsourcing talents.According to shortage in software outsourcing talents at present in our country,this paper combines with the actual condition of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of market demand,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of training mode for software outsourcing talents at present through survey.Combining the requirement of IT industry development for talents,it makes improvement and perfect from cultivating orientation and curriculum system for software outsourcing professional talents,and provides feasible suggestions for the education of software computer major in higher vocational colleges.
