Abstract
With the development of economy, and the continuous study of enterprise's social responsibility, more and more enterprises recognize that economic benefit and social responsibility are not diametrically opposing but interdepen- dent. They take each other as the basis and premise. One of the characteristics of the enterprise's social responsibility is fuzzy. With the basic theories of fuzzy mathematics this paper sets up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and experts grading system to build a two-tier evaluation indicator system and set up the weight of the relevant factors. It can help achieve sustainable improvement in combination of social responsibility and economic benefit by resorting to effective eval- uation to more objective one.
