Abstract
The international financial crisis,triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis(SMC) in the United States,has become the worst exterior economic shock to China since the Reform and Opening-up.As a result,the accelerating decline of the economy has become the principal contradiction in the present economic operation in China.Based on the infectious mechanisms of the international financial crisis,this thesis carries out a specific analysis of the challenges and opportunities this international financial crisis has brought about to the development of China's economy and accordingly puts forward some countermeasures against the international financial crisis.
