Abstract
Objective To investigate changes of serum levels of collagen type Ⅳ(Ⅳ-C), hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN), as well as their relationship with hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatic patients. Methods Serum levels of Ⅳ-C, HA and LN were measured with ELISA in 128 patients with HBV infection of various types. Results Serum levels of Ⅳ-C, HA and LN were significantly higher in patients with HBV infection of various types than those in normal controls (P0.01).Conclusion Serum levels of Ⅳ-C, HA and LN could reflect the degree of hepatic fibrosis easily.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
