Abstract
In order to effectively control the natural gas pipeline risk,it is necessary to establish the synthetic pipeline emergency management.According to the characteristics of natural gas pipeline risk, this paper analyzes the natural gas pipeline risk from process spots, transportation pipelines, natural disasters and the third party destruction.Aiming at decreasing the natural gas pipeline risk and its hazards, specific natural gas pipeline emergency management is proposed from risk removing, plan preparing, emergency response and recovering. The results show that establishing emergency management towards risk characteristics contributes to control the risk of natural gas pipeline accidents and protect the normal operation of natural gas pipelines.
