Abstract

This proposes paper a power grid enteprise architecture framework,based on China power grid industry IT challenges and characteristics,referring to Zachman,TOGAF and FEAF.The proposed enterprise architecture framework includes enterprise architecture content framework,design method and governance method.The framework can help synergy with the IT management to promote the integration of business and information technology.
