Abstract
Effects of three nitrogen levels on chlorophyll fluorescence of different position leaves of dryland and irrigated wheat seedlings were studied to investigate the effects of nitrogen on photosynthetic energy use.The results indicated that Fm,Fv,Fv / Fm,Fv / Fo,qN of different position leaves in dryland and irrigated wheat seedling were increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,and qP was opposite,but wheat growing of dryland variety was more sensitive to nitrogen treatment.,Fm,Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and qN of dryland variety was higher than irrigated variety,but qP was decreased.Chlorophyll fluorescence was different in different position leaves under three nitrogen levels and photosynthetic energy use increased when the position of leaves lowered in dryland and irrigated wheat seedlings.
