Study on Medicinal Plant Resources of Rubus in Fanjing Mountain Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province

Medicinal plant recourses of Rubus in Fanjing Mountain Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province were studied systematically through wild resources investigation,specimen collection,literature retrieval and taxonomic study.Result showed that 31species and 2 varieties of the genus Rubus were found in the national nature reserve,in which 21 species could be used as the medicine with high ptotection,exploitation and utilization value.Status of medicinal plants of Rubus in Fanjing Mountain Nature Reserve was investigated in this study,which helped to develop and utilize the medicinal plants of Rubus in this region.This study could also accelerate the development of agriculture and economy in the mountainous and semi-mountainous areas of southwest China and,most important of all,enrich the medicinal resources for the development of Chinese traditional medicine.
