Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of time perspective, coping style to health of undergraduates, and to provide evidence for health education of undergraduates. Methods By using Time Perspective Inventory-Short Form,Coping Style Scale and Self-Rated Health Measurement Scale(SRHMS),347 undergraduates were investigated. Results Undergrduates' health was positively related to positive coping style and future orientation.Present orientation was positively related to negative coping style, both two factors were negetively related to health.Future orientation was negetively related to negative coping style.Further research showed that different time perspective can forecast undergrduates' health by different coping style variance. Conclusion Undergraduates' health can be predicted by time perspective and their coping styles.
