Abstract

Under the complex and changeable economic situation,the difficulty of economics and management students' employment is becoming increasingly prominent.Improving the employability of economics and management graduates is the key to solve this problem.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing graduates' employability and the forming elements,and combined with their present employability situation,some strategies on developing their employability are proposed.
