Abstract

Objective:To study the efficacy of granisetron for treating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy of gynecological tu-mors.Methods:27patients of gynecological tumors who received chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, group A(n=14)with treatment of granistron and group B(n=13)without special care.15cases of patients without chemotherapy were as control group. Results:The occurrence rate of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower in group A than that in group B(P0.05).There was no significant differience between group A and control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy of gynecological tumors could be effectively reduced by granisetron.
