Abstract

They promote jointly Constitution Confucianism by the impact of radical ideas and the bias of modern Neo-Confucianism.Base on the lack of researching modern Confucianism,GAN Chun-song advocates combining Confucian thoughts and social system to re-examine the true Confucianism and its future development.He makes a detailed analysis to the basic forms,the disintegration cause and the modern reconstruction of institutional Confucianism.One of Confucian revival movements in recent years,Constitution Confucianism indicates a new trend of the study of Confucianism.However,its academic is not tact and the theoretical construct is not meaning either.
