Abstract
Through a discussion of the phenomena and rule of aesthetics in sports,the author has generalized and defined some of the aesthetic elements and concepts in sports and proposed suggestions as to how to nurture aesthetic consciousness from various aspects so as to help those taking part in sports to better enjoy their exercises and those who neglect sports culture to find the true aesthetic values in sports.
