Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the administration of esmolol on cardiovascar response during tracheal intubation.Methods 50 patients with ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ scheduled for selected surgery under general anesthesia with oral intubation were divided into control group and observe group. The observe group was injected esmolol 0.5 mg/kg after the induction of anesthesia.The control group was injected normal saline after the induction of anesthesia.The SBP,DBP,MAP,HR,SpO2 were recorded before the induction of anesthesia, the moment of induction and at 1 min,3 min,5 min after the intubation.Results The control group at the moment of intubation,1 min,3 min,5 min,the MAP and HR had significant changes.The MAP had HR were no significant changes in the observe group at the moment of intubation and 1 min,3 min,5 min after intubation, compared with those before intubation, those increased significantly in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions The tracheal intubation can increase the response of cardiovascular,injection of esmolol 0.5 mg/kg can effectively reduce the response of cardiovascular.
