Study on Investment and Financing in China's Environmental Protection

Abstract

Investment in environmental protection is an important indicator to reflect the emphasis a country lays on its environmental protection.The scale of investment in environmental protection in China is expanding gradually under Chinese government's guiding idea of strengthening environmental protection,which is regarded as an important part of scientific development concept.However,due to the special attributes of environmental protection,the present investment and financing system can hardly meet the increasing requirements of the investment in this field and a multi-channel investment and financing system for environmental protection is needed to achieve sustainable economic development and harmonious growth of environmental bearing capacity.
