Abstract
Seven isoflavone compounds were isolated from the flowers of Pueraria lobata by the method silica gel column chromatography. They were identified as irisolidone(1),irisolidon 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kakkalide(3),genistein(4),formononetin(5),daidzin(6)and 8-C-apiosyl(1→6)glucoside daidzein, respectively.
