Study on the System of Environmental Liability Insurance——Thoughts from the First Paid-off Case of Environmental Liability Insurance

It is urgent to establish the system of Environmental Liability Insurance.Nowadays,China has prescribed it both in laws and public policies,and has carried out some experiments too.The work done in China provides local experience to the establishment of this system.However,there are still some problems with it,such as lack of unified legal system,lack of effectiveness and unification and lack of maneuverability.In the process of establishment of the system of Environmental Liability Insurance,we should grasp dual aspects-macroscopical guidelines and microcosmic system design.
