Abstract
This paper was to evaluate the adsorption capability and purification effect of polyphenols in pineapple peels on macroporous absorption resin. The suitable resin was selected by comparing 5 kinds of macroporous resins for pineapple peels polyphenols adsorption, and desorption capacity, optimum conditions for absorption and elution of total polyphenols were optimized. The results showed that D101 is the best to purify total polyphenols and the optimum conditions were:flow rate 1.5 mL/min,polyphenol concentration 3.9 mg/mL,washing solution 80% ethanol and elution rate 1.0 mL/min.The purity of polyphenols in pineapple peels purified by D101 was 39.03%.
