Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in our hospitalthrough the analysis of the prescription comments, so as to improve the quality of prescriptions, and promote the rational useof drugs. Methods A random check of 1200 outpatient prescriptions was givencommentand analyzed. Results The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.67,the percentage of injections and antibiotics prescribed were 18.91% and 23.50%respectively.124 prescriptions were unqualified,accounting for 10.3% of the total number of prescriptions.Conclusion There are many unreasonable prescriptions,the ratio of unqualified prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptionsis higher. needed to strengthen the relevant staffknowledge education,improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs.
