Abstract
Objective: Through observing the formaldehyde of Acanthopanax senticosus and after taking the role of anti-oxidation system of rats,to explore neurotoxicity of formaldehyde on the movement of rat and the protective effects of Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods: Using artificial simulation of dynamic contamination of different degrees of formaldehyde, formaldehyde dose was 0.8mg/m3,2.4mg/m3. Daily exposure to 30min,6 times per week, for 4 weeks, acanthopanax senticosus intragastric dose of 104.17mg/kg,superoxide dismutase in heart tissue of rats measured(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px),catalase(CAT) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content. Results: Compared with control group and the control group, the heart tissue in rats of 2.4mg/m3group dose CAT,GSH-PX,SOD activity was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.01),MDA content was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01). Compared with the drug contamination movement group and the contamination movement group,0.8mg/m3dose drug group rat heart CAT,GSH-PX,SOD activity was significantly higher in the exercise group(P0.01),MDA content was significantly lower than in the exercise group(P0.01). Conclusion: Formaldehyde can decrease the activity of antioxidant enzymes in heart tissue in rats, and cause the oxidative damage of heart tissue, and the perfusion of Chinese medicine Acanthopanax senticosus can effectively alleviate the toxicity.
