Abstract

Based on analysis of the manufacturing process management characteristic in discrete manufacturing enterprises and the requirement of workshop information management,this paper provides a system structure of manufacturing execution system for discrete manufacturing enterprises,and a research on the components of system structure and system function model is made.Based on the research of system structure and system function model,Web services,a key technology of system construction,is deeply researched.Finally,a real MES is developed based on J2EE and applied in an automobile-part manufacturing enterprise.
