Abstract
The paper believes that the ancestor of the Chinese culture is neighter Confucius nor the Di,but the great thinker,Zhou Gong,in the early years of the Zhou dynasty.The so-called statement of descendants of Yan and Huang and Confucius's Acts are not correct.Zhou Gong completed the magnificent transform of transiting from natural religion to religious ethics through reconstructing courtesy and music culture and creating political philosophy,as well as converting Yin people's worship of God to the worship of sky.Since then,influenced by Zhou Gong's thinking,the Chinese formed her unique view of politic,history,religion and values.
