Abstract
In view of high cost and high stock problems in the parts manufacturing industry in China,this paper proposed a demand oriented inventory management system to predict the demand and to guide the production,stock,order plan of spare parts production.Using GM(1,1) model to forecast the demand of spare parts and dynamic programming to solve optimal inventory,production,order quantity of parts production inventory system,the concrete optimization calculation has been carried out.
