The clinical treatment of bronchial tuberculosis with 110 cases

Abstract

Objective:Study the clinical features of bronchial tuberculosis and treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis in our hospital from Jan to Dec in 2009,110 cases of bronchial tuberculosis clinical data.Results:110 patients with symptoms of tuberculosis,bronchial cough,fever as the main,among the 110 cases of bronchial tuberculosis patients there were 54 cases of in ammatory infiltration,anabrosis and caseous necrosis in 24 cases,16 cases of granuloma type.Scar stenosis in 9 cases,lymph node bronchial fistula in 5 cases,2 case of wall softening.All personal differences between patients taking drugs quadruple 2 months,after the treatment by HRE,Some patients to surgery,all patients symptoms resolved within 3 months,sputum negative,no other complications occurred.Conclusion:Some patients with prolonged misdiagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis,loss of effective treatment time,then clinicians should fully understand the clinical features of each bronchial tuberculosis,so that adequate and reasonable access to early treatment.
