Abstract

The situation of the start without-input-power experiment is introduced on No.3 generator in wan jia-zhai hydropower station. And the analysis of electrical system, hydraulic pressure system and temperature-rise in equipment confirms that No.3 generator unit has the kinetic energy that may replace the input power.
