Abstract
Objective To optimize the water-extraction process and condition of Panax ginseng.Methods The amount of water,the number of extraction and extraction time on effect of extraction rate of the panaxsaponin Rg1、Re and Rb1,Results The optimum condition of the water extraction was:added 8 times quantitative water,decoction 2 vices,1 hour per time;Conclusion Three verification test consequence indicated that this technology were stable and feasible.
