Abstract
High aluminum 1000 MPa cold rolling hot dip galvanized dual phase steel was exploited under laboratory conditions. The chemical composition, hot dip galvanizing and annealing processes, microstructure and properties of this steel were introduced. The results indicate that the temperatures of Ac1、Ac3and Msare 757 ℃,950 ℃ and 410 ℃,respectively. After hot dip galvanizing and annealing processes, typical ferrite and lath martensite structure can be observed at room temperature. With the increasing of annealing temperature, content of martensite, yield strength and tensile strength gradually increase, and elongation rate can reach above 12%.
