Abstract

AIM: To comprehensively analyze and probe into the infection situation of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) . METHODS: The epidemiological situation of H. pylori was analyzed by meta analysis. RESULTS: The infection rate of children whose parents were infected with H. pylori was higher than that of those whose parents were not infected (95%CI:0.3378~0.5042). CONCLUSION: The difference in H. pylori infection rate confirmed that people's keeping in close touch was one of the spreading ways, presenting phenomenon of assembling with family. Epidemiological studies of H. pylori involves various aspects, and the lack of enough investigation and evidence of infection rate, calls for further study.
