Abstract
A facile hydrothermal approach to synthesize high quality thioglycolic acid and L-cysteine-stabilized CdTe nanorods was presented.By the approach, the quantum yikld(QY) of the resultant CdTe nanorods could reach as high as 30.67%.The effects of the variables on the photolum inescence property of as-prepared CdTe nanorods were studied, and the pH-dependent optical properties of as-prepared CdTe naorods were also investigated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
