Abstract
The solution polymerization of butadiene was solvents butadiene polymerizationprocessof 1,4- content by CIS polybutadiene rubber in liquid 96% ~ 98% in the presence of catalyst. Polymerization process was the most critical step in the production of rubber,polymerization reaction would have a direct impact on product quality,stable polymerization through controlling the polymerization feed amount,monomer concentration,reaction temperature,catalyst amount and ratio,the conversion rate,polymer Mooney viscosity and other projects,the product quality objective was optimize.
