Abstract
Objective:To investigate the difference of gross motor function between spastic cerebral palsy(CP) and dyskinetic CP.Methods:232 children with spastic CP and 32 children with dyskinetic CP,aging from 2 to 6 years, were measured by the Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88).The total scores and each domain's percentages were compared between them. Results:The spastic and non-random pediatric patients with CP in percentage of the A zone,B zone and C zone comparison to the total score was significantly(P0.05),while the CP percentage in D and E zone had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The hypoevolutism of gross motor function in children with different CP types are different. All in all,the children with spastic CP are better than with dyskinetic CP in gross motor function development.
