Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Method: Fifteen patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranosal sinuses were operated on by endscopic sinus surgery.Result: During a follow-up of 2-4 years,only one recurred.Conclusion: Endoscopic sinus surgery has advantages of clear field and little injury,and therefore it is effective for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity.
