Abstract
An experimental model of a deformable warhead was designed. The distribution density of fragments was obtained by experimental results. The processes of the deformable warhead were simulated by using LS-DYNA code and the agreement between experiment and simulation is satisfactory. The processes of fragments ejection of the eccentric initiation warhead and the axial initiation warhead with the same diameter were calculated. The simulated results show that the deformable warhead was more excellent than the eccentric initiation warhead and the axial initiation warhead in the integral performance at an ejection angle.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
