Abstract
An analysis of the state and problems of science technology investing and financing system of Chengdu generates proposals for perfecting it, that is, improvingof finance and investment means and optimizing investment structure; enhancing orientation and support and promote enterprises' investment into science and technology; perfecting risk investment system; broadening financing ways of capitalmarket, and strengthening construction of investing and financing agencies.
