Abstract
Objective To learn blood flow changes of the ophthalmic and central retinal artery of the aged. Methods It was measured that the blood flow of them with Acuson 128 computer imaging. Spectrum in 209 old people with velocity of systole and diasole phase, resistance and pulsate index. Results In the aged the changes of blood flow dynamics were significantly different between the normal and hypertensives, cerebral infaretion patients and diabetes (P0.01). Conclusions In calculating the occurrence and development of the disease and evaluating the effect of therapy, it is very significant to determine the blood flow of the normal old people and cerebral vessel disease and diabetic.
