Abstract
Manual tool grinding machine is CNC reconstructed by adopting SINUMERIK 802D CNC system. By means of replacing guide-way, modifying drive structure adding CNC rotating axis, the tool grinding machine is reconstructed for grinding complex tools by 4-axis simultaneous control. One set of practical programming methods is introduced for auto-grinding the complex tools in this reconstructed CNC grinding machine with higher grinding accuracy production efficiency and excellent ratio of performance and cost.
