Analysis on the Path of Right Privatization in Mineral Resources Lawmaking

On the whole,the mineral resources system in China is a complex system including administrative,civil and criminal law.The system mainly transmits the legal attribute of public law,and can not meet the requirements of development and utilization of mineral resources for the socio-economy under the market economy condition.In view of the question,it is a countermeasures that open the road of the right privatization in the mineral resources legislation and the market-orientation of mining rights.If we can go further,the legislation of the systematic law of mineral rights also is not a bad idea.
