Abstract
An investigation into photocatalytic oxidation of phenol in water used as simulated waste-water by titanium dioxide particles was conducted in an experimental matrix of jar tests. The influences of such factors as TiO_2 dosage, initial value of pH,initial concentration of phenol on removal of phenol are studied, respectively. The result indicates that phenol could be removed from water effectively by using photocatalytic oxidation of tianium dioxide suspension, and under certain conditions, the removal rate of phenol could reache 96%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
